Crazy kiddies. Excuse the blurriness xx
Still rockin’ the cars! It keeps him occupied for yonks! I can make dinner without him clinging to my ankles (this time last year I couldn’t even imagine this day would come lol).
His car collection continues to grow & my room is starting to look a lot like this these days…but a more intense version. I’ve been buying up large on Trade-me because who the eff wants to pay $16 for FOUR measly cars at the shop?! No thanks.

This is what I did on my day off without Jordy a few weeks back. I indulged in a useless meal photo that seems to be the fad these days and cleaned like a maniac. Probs not exciting to anyone else but freaking bliss for me. Ahhhhh.
High Tea
Mothers day was super sweet. I took my Mum & the twinnies to a High Tea at work. They were so excited and got dressed up in their pretty pink dresses and pearls. It was a lovely day & extra special being Mums birthday so double the celebrations! My boy drew me a card and stood in front of me saying ‘Mum. Card. Mum. Card. Mum. Card.’ I was a durr and thought it was my Mums so kept telling him to ‘take it back to Nanny so the poor boy was running back and forth before I finally opened it! Too cute xx

Yummy cupcakes!

‘Let’s say cheers!!’

Knackered girlies in the car.

And my knackered boy after eating lots of birthday cake xxx
Speaking of friends - piccies of Jordy & his best friends Louisa and Kahuti. These three together are WAY too cute.
Last photo is my little babe on photo day xx
Jordy's getting married!
- Jordy has the cutest friends at Playhouse. One of his friends is incredibly sweet, her name is Louisa & she's a similar age to Jordy. It's been awesome to watch their friendship grow. Louisa is very open about the way she feels about Jordy and tells anyone & everyone that he is her best friend. The best conversation so far went like this last week:
- Me: Hi Louisa how are you?
- Louisa: Im going to marry Jordy and we're going to have kids because he is my prince
- Me (in my head): Erm....I'm still trying to process the kids part?!
- Jordy (out loud): NOOOOOO! NOOOO LOUISA!!
- Had to giggle at that one! xxx
What is My Little Jordy?
I’ve spent the last few weeks wondering what the freak I want this blog to be about. When I first started blogging, I wanted it to be about everything and anything I love…but mainly about my little boy Jordy (probably not so little anymore!), my family & friends. Throughout the process, the lines have been blurred a little and I started posting things that don’t relate to Jordy, e.g. Fashion. I see a heap of things I am inspired by daily and am constantly worrying about whether it is really appropriate for me to post on a personal blog, but at the same time wishing I had somewhere to put them. So I decided I needed a place for me, so I can collect all the things that inspire me and make me smile. Because, erm, I’m thinking when Jordy grows up & reads this, he wouldn’t give two hoots about my obsession with leopard print. Or that I drool over pretty food pictures on a regular basis.
So, I experimented with a second blog and I have to say it’s going well! I moved all of my non-Jordy posts over etc. I wanted to give it a little ‘trial period’ and decide whether it’s worth it or just a waste of time. It’s worth it. Not going to force ya, but if you want to, check out this makes me happy. It totally does xxx
Always keen jellybean for new lunch ideas for Jordy…I kinda want to add this to my lunch box though ;)

Sweet.
The sweetest blog post - had me crying like a baby. I originally went to it looking for the recipe - Creamy Peanut butter pie - and reading the background makes it that much sweeter. Constantly reminded that life is too short, so make the most of the sweeter things in life xx
